No, He doesn’t get pissed off easily. But once angered He will literally manifest a fist to the face of the offender.
Yes, from what I’ve experienced He can be very firm with His devotees. Once someone is devoted, He expects the same amount of respect and devotion as any other Theoi.
Transportation problems, unexpected traffic, mechanical issues, job issues, broken phones, miscommunication, alarm clock doesn’t go off, car drives over a puddle and splashes you, lost keys or wallet and such are all indicators that Hermes may require more attention.
Take some time to reach out to Him and find out what He’s trying to communicate. If you do any sort of divination, that’s always helpful!

The old Gods are not dead
They are not sleeping
They have always been here, watching
Letting humans practice their free will
Helping those that are wise enough to ask
And blessing those that remember Them

when my hand is but a mist
and I wear the shadow of the body I leave behind,
I’ll reach into the night
and find a waiting hand pulling me toward the last path
i hate how percy jackson fans keep taking over every tag us hellenistics create…every single time without fail…and it’s clear we create the tag for our gods not the books characters…like apollo(deity) has been taken over recently..i’m livid bc how rude do you have to be to continuously take something sacred to us and make it a fandom…are you telling me you can’t just tag it with something as simple as “pj apollo” instead i dunno man i’m just upset
Yeah, something I’ve noticed recently….. Pjo content are being tagged like apollo*, hermes*, etc. Don’t do that, it’s a tag Hellenists use. Why, I’ve even seen pjo posts being tagged “hellenism”……Pjo fandom please don’t do that. You’ve already disrespected the beliefs of Hellenists a lot of times and it’s really rude. At least leave the tags lol
Don’t.
Fucking.
Do it.
Personally I feel this goes for roleplayers + godkin as well. If you wanna do that stuff in your own community then fine, I can’t stop you, but stay out of ours. We don’t need you coming over here telling us how to ‘worship’ you.
And for the most part y’all seem to stay away, that’s good, but some of y’all keep jumping into our ask boxes or onto our posts talkin bout
(godkin): ‘that’s not how you worship me. I don’t like that as an offering. You should do this for when you worship me.’
Or roleplayers acting like ‘oh yeah I’m Aphrod*te I’m a total slut.’ ‘I’m Z*us I’m gonna go cheat on H*ra cause I can’t keep my dick in my pants’ (names censored because I don’t want my Gods names connected to that kind of language.)
Do y’all not understand how insulting and offensive that behavior is to us, especially when doing it on our religious posts and blogs??
just wanted to send some love! your blog is great, your love and gratefulness for Hermes is really inspiring, and you are really helpful in general :)
Aww thank you, these kind words mean so much! Loving Hermes and helping others is the motive! ♥️

just want to say thanks because a bit ago it was my bday and I got a surprise free coffee on my Starbucks app, and after I had my coffee on my break you reblogged a Hermes’ photoset that said ‘happy birthday babe’ in one of the photos so uh, thanks for that very validating experience!
That’s so neat! I love when things like that happen. Happy Birthday my friend, I hope it was great! ♥️
